Partner With Me
Let’s Build Something Useful (and Honest)
Paulie’s Picks exists to help people make smarter decisions about RC cars, gear, and general exploring without hype, fluff, or paid-for opinions disguised as reviews. I test, use, break, fix, and live with the products I talk about. My audience values that honesty, and that’s what I protect first.
If you’re a brand, shop, or maker who shares that commitment to quality and clarity, I’d love to explore working together. If I do not like your product then I just don’t review it. I do not like the internet complaining about everything. I want to promote what I see as good products or experiences.
Who This Is For
I partner best with:
RC brands and manufacturers (cars, electronics, tools, parts)
Hobby shops and distributors
Aftermarket and upgrade companies (I have a 2012 5th Gen 4Runner that I use for exploring)
Accessories, storage, batteries, chargers, and maintenance gear
Adjacent brands that genuinely serve the RC / automotive enthusiast
If your product solves a real problem, improves the experience, or brings joy to the hobby, we’re probably aligned. Let’s talk.
How We Can Work Together
1. Product Reviews (Real-World Use)
I feature products I’ve actually used, and not just unboxed. Reviews focus on:
Who the product is for
Where it shines
Where it falls short
Whether I’d spend my own money on it again
Important: Reviews are honest by default. The tone of this site is not to bag on things. These are only items that I would pick and use myself. If the product is not going to work for me then it is best I don’t review it. Please do not be offended if I decline. I am sure you are producing a great product. However, if it is not solving a problem that I do not have or my readers do not have then I’m not going to review it.
2. Affiliate Partnerships
For products I already recommend or plan to use long-term, I’m open to affiliate relationships through platforms like:
Amazon
Horizon / Amain (or similar)
I disclose the affiliate link, and recommendations remain independent.
3. Sponsored Content (Selective)
I occasionally accept sponsored content when it:
Fits naturally with my existing content
Serves my audience first
Allows me to maintain editorial control
Sponsored content is clearly labeled and never scripted by the brand.
4. Custom Media & Story-Based Content
Beyond written posts, I also create:
Short-form video (social & YouTube)
Product walk-throughs
Story-driven content (why this product exists, who it’s for)
If you’re looking for something more thoughtful than a standard promo, this is where I do my best work.
My Audience (Quick Snapshot)
RC hobbyists ranging from beginners to experienced builders
Parents and families entering the hobby
Tinkerers, fixers, and practical buyers
Readers who want to be entertained or research the hobby
What I Don’t Do
To be clear and respectful of everyone’s time, I don’t:
Publish paid-for positive reviews
Promote products I wouldn’t use myself
Accept partnerships that compromise trust with my audience
Long-term credibility matters more to me than short-term wins.

If this sounds like a good fit, reach out and tell me:
Who you are
What you make or sell
What kind of collaboration you have in mind
You can contact me here and we can set up a opportunity to talk.
Let’s see if we can build something that helps people get outside, challenges people, and is just a fun project.
